As a Workplace user you want to stop receiving updates from a Jira issue. The connector can assist you to stop watching a Jira issue.
Steps
- Mention the bot name followed by "unwatch", For example, "@bot-name unwatch" in your Workplace chat.
- If you are the only user in the Workplace Chat, you are given the option to leave the group or re-watch the issue to receive updates from the Jira issue.
- If you are not the only user in the Workplace Chat, you will be removed from the Workplace chat.
- The bot will unwatch the Jira issue on your behalf. The watch icon is toggled off in the Jira issue.
