The SLA Working Duration Analysis Chart Gadget displays the average, minimum and maximum duration of SLAs. On this page, you will learn how to add the SLA Working Duration Analysis Chart Gadget.

  1. Go to 

Dashboard.

  1. Click 

Add Gadget.

  1. Search 

SLA Working Duration Analysis Chart gadget.

  1. Click 

Add Gadget.

  1. The

SLA Working Duration Analysis Chart gadget configuration screen will appear.

  1. Select a 

Filter or a Project to pick which issues to include in the gadget.

You MUST SELECT only one filter or one project.

  1. Select 

SLAs to include in the count.

You MUST SELECT at least one SLA.

  1. Create a

Custom Gadget Title.

  1. Tick

Average Duration if you want to see the average working duration of the SLAs.

10. Tick Minimum Duration if you want to see the minimum working duration of the SLAs.

11. Tick Maximum Duration if you want to see the maximum working duration of the SLAs.

12. Tick Percentile Duration and enter Percentile Rank if you want to see the percentile working duration of the SLAs.

13. Select Time Format.

Long format: Displays the duration with day/hour/minute/second units and full localized unit labels.

Short format: Displays the duration with day/hour/minute/second units and abbreviated unit labels.

Shorter format: Displays the duration with hour/minute/second units and abbreviated unit labels.

14. Select Refresh Interval.

15. Click Save.

16. The gadget will now appear in the dashboard.

Time to SLA gadgets use Lucene indexes to ensure a scalable dashboard experience, just as Jira gadgets do. Problems in those indexes might result in inconsistent numbers sometimes. If you experience such a problem you can find possible solutions here.
