Guide

  1. Under Finalize migration, you have to perform manual configuration for the first three bullet points.
    ⚠️ These are not automated when you click Finalize.

  2. If your Classic Connector uses workflow post-functions, follow this guide to add workflow post-functions in the NextGen Connector.

  3. Next, set up an integration user using this guide.

  4. Then, on the same page, under Atlassian Marketplace, open Manage Apps in a new tab.

  5. You can uninstall the following apps by expanding the section and clicking on the Uninstall button (this is optional):

    1. ServiceRocket Core Connector Plugin

    2. ServiceRocket Jira Connector Plugin

    3. ServiceRocket Salesforce.com Connector Plugin

  6. The remote issue links will be removed automatically when you click Finalize. Read the remote issue link documentation to understand more about remote issue links.

  7. Click the Finalize button to complete the migration process. The green check mark confirms that the migration is successful.
