When migrating data from Server/DC to Cloud or Cloud to Cloud, if the migration fails, the logs from the AWS are needed to analyze the error.

To identify the AWS logs, the Deployment ID is needed.

Solution

Find the below screenshot on how to get the deployment ID if the migration fails.

You can find the deployment ID from the URL where the analysis failed or migration failed errors shown as reference please find the below screenshot.

here the deployment ID is “a25507b5-b7cd-4b40-b23f-a7ff209c8c08

For example:

The DeploymentID from the URL is “4c88781c-7adf-4964-b3de-2fe4ce3080eb”

If asking the customer to share the deployment ID, share the above screenshot for reference.
