The First / Last Field Change User Custom Field calculates the first or last user that changed a field.
To create a First / Last Field Change User Custom Field
- Navigate to Apps > Enhancer Plugin Menu > Custom Field Configuration.
- Click on the
button. - Click on the User/Group tab on the left-hand side of the dialogue.
- Select Field Change User, then click Add custom field.
- Fill in the dialog box:
- Create a name for the custom field.
- Select the Field(s) that you would like to calculate the first/last field change user on.
- Specify First or Last - if First is selected, the custom field will calculate the first user that changed a field and if Last is selected, then the last field change user will be calculated.
- And then click on the Add Custom Field button. That's it.
This custom field can be used to sort or search in issue navigator.
Do not forget to add this custom field to the appropriate screens.
Issues that are updated after this custom field has been created will automatically update, and show the correct custom field value. For existing issues, you will need to regenerate the issue after creating this custom field in order to see the correct values.
