To check the usage of the ‘Issue Matrix for Jira’ App in your Jira instance, you can follow the below instructions.
You must be a Jira Admin to try the instructions.

Login to your Jira instance and navigate to Settings (Cog Wheel) > Issues > Custom fields.
2. In the Custom fields page, filter for “Issue Matrix for Jira” under the ‘Type’ dropdown.
3. You can see the number of Issue Matrix fields created and how many projects and screens they are being used.
