This article provides step-by-step instructions to locate an App License SEN / Entitlement number for Appfire apps.

Instructions:

To locate the App License SEN / Entitlement number in Jira/Confluence Cloud, please follow these steps:

Jira

  1. Log in to your Jira Cloud instance with an administrator account.

  2. Select > System.

  3. Select General Configuration > 

  4. From the menu, select "Apps" and then click on "Manage your apps"

  5. Explore the list of installed apps.

  6. Expand the section for the desired app's name to view the App Details like App License SEN, Entitlement number, etc, associated with the app, as shown in the screenshot below.

Confluence

  1. Log in to your Confluence Cloud instance with an administrator account.

  2. Click on the "Settings" gear icon in the top-right corner and look for the "Manage apps" option in the administration menu.

  3. Click on "Manage apps" to see a list of installed apps.

  4. Locate the app for which you want to find the license SEN or Entitlement Number.

  5. Expand the section for the desired app's name to view the App Details like App License SEN, Entitlement number, etc, associated with the app, as shown in the screenshot below.

Following the above-mentioned steps will help you quickly locate the App License SEN / Entitlement Number for apps in Jira and Confluence respectively.
