Support for adding users or groups in bulk as group owners using REST API

Delegated Group Management for Jira, and Confluence, version 2.12, enables administrators to add multiple users or groups as group owners using REST API. Refer to add-owner, for more details. 

Ability to remove oneself from a group

The app now allows delegated group owners to delete themselves from a group. To support this feature, a selectable check-box is displayed in the Edit users in group window in the logged in user details row. Consider the following example where automation is the logged in user (and group owner of the selected group jira-administrators):

Delegated group owners can still manage group members, add themselves back to the group and have ownership privileges even after deleting themselves from the group.
