How to use the multi select on an issue
Follow the steps below:
- Before using the database custom field of type multi select list, please make sure the type of the custom field is Select List and the Multiple Values flag is checked in the Kepler Administration Page, as shown below:
- The database custom field dbi will now display values in a combo box in the create/edit/transition screen of an issue, allowing you to select multiple values using Ctrl + click:
- After saving the issue, the multiple values selected for the custom field are displayed in the view issue screen, separated by comma:
- You can choose whether to show or not the 'None' option into the multi select field, by setting the Add None Option flag for the custom field in the administration page.
