🤔 Context: A Team Manager wants wants to track how the team is using the templates and which ones are the most popular.

🌧️ User Problem: As a Team Manager, I need to know if my team is utilizing the templates in the most efficient way possible by tracking which templates are being used and by whom. I also want to discover the most effective templates used by my team to popularize best practices.

Solution: Using Canned Responses Pro Templates for Jira’s Insights tab!

Canned Responses Pro Templates for Jira allows you to schedule messages to be sent at a later date and time. This can be useful for sending follow-up messages or reminders to team members or customers.

To schedule a message:

  1. Open the issue you want to reply to and compose your message.

  2. Click the clock button and choose the date and time when you want the message to be sent.

  3. Click Schedule comment.

  4. Click Save button to save the scheduled message.

Keep in mind that you cannot schedule a comment with an action or an attachment.

The scheduled comment will be sent at the specified time unless a new comment is added to the issue or the issue’s status has changed. You can view, edit, or delete the scheduled comment through the section highlighted below if needed:
