Power BI Connector Pro for Jira now integrates with Insight
Extend your Insight asset and configuration management capabilities for data visualization and actionable insights in Microsoft Power BI with Power BI Connector Pro for Jira.
Now Power BI Connector Pro for Jira offers an integration with Insight in Jira Service Management.
Create a new Connector URL to pull the required Jira and JSM fields. For more information, refer to My Connector URLs.
The Insight Attributes and Insight Types get displayed in the fields list. Specify a JQL to filter the issues and select the required fields. Provide the Email and API Token to select the Insight fields and generate the Connector URL. For more information, refer to Insight Integration.
Email and API Token are required to gather Insight data. You need to set up the Email with API Token once to access the Insight data.
You can Change API Token for connectors if required.
3. Add the Connector URL generated to Power BI Desktop as a Data Source to import the data into Power BI. For more information, refer to Import into Power BI.
The Insight data imported through the Connector URL will appear in Power BI as tables.
