The Rovo Agent Permissions page lets you determine if the WorkFlow Pro agent can access and change your workflow rules. The permission settings apply to all users in your Jira instance. Only Jira admins can update workflows from a WorkFlow Pro chat.

To view or change the permissions, go to Settings (settings_cog.png) > Apps > WorkFlow Pro > Settings.

Permissions

Can read workflows

When enabled, the agent can read your system workflows. When disabled, it can't access any workflow data.

Can edit workflows

When enabled, the agent can add, modify, and remove workflow configurations. When disabled, it can't make any changes. The Edit permission requires the Read permission to be enabled.

Default settings

Both permissions are disabled on installation.
