There is a known issue JSDSERVER-1367
That is a redirect loop that keeps directing you back to the Portal rather than following the link to a Jira Issue. Please go and vote on the above issue to let Atlassian know you are having this problem. Currently, there is no known workaround.
Don't have Jira?
If you have logged into our Portal for support you have access to Jira features as a Jira user. Just log in to our portal and then navigate from there to the issue that your ticket has been escalated to.
There is a really great feature that my company would like to have available as quickly as possible! How can I expedite this process?
Option 1: Vote on the issue and encourage colleagues to vote on the issue as well. We choose features to work on next based on many factors including how popular they are to our customers.
Option 2: leave a positive review on the marketplace.
Option 3: We also offer the ability to move a feature to the top of our priority by sponsoring that feature.
- open a support ticket via our portal.
- request a quote
- include the number of the issue for the feature
- We will then provide the cost for this feature and an estimated timeline for completion
