Server version 1.4.0 for Jira and Confluence

Here’s a brand new big release for our server apps. In this release we focus on feature parity with cloud (remember that all our features are first released in the cloud counterparts due to the release life cycle of our apps) and fix a few bugs that our customers reported:

Happy day to you! πŸ’Œ

  • Feature parity with cloud. Opsgenie, Insight and Statuspage are now available as datasources i.e., you can display information from them and use all their metrics and gadgets

  • Bug fixes:

    • The estimation statistics for the Resolved Issues gadget displayed Story Points twice when the sprint had issues from team-managed and company-managed projects.

    • NaN error (a.k.a. Batman error) in the Sprint Health gadget when the estimation statistics field selected was empty.

    • Error when selecting some queues in JSM.

    • Some gadgets didn’t support the High Priority feature, causing an error if selected.

Data Center version is coming

Atlassian announced the ending of sales and support of server licenses, increasing the number of organizations making the move to cloud. While many companies started their journey to cloud, some others are making their way to a data center hosting solution. We receive many requests for our apps to be data center compatible, so this month we’re working hard to get it done. Stay tuned for further news!

By the way, did you know that our dashboards support datasources from cloud, server and data center already? Check this article https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RDD/pages/146310618/Hybrid+Bridge+Data+from+Server+Data+Center+and+Cloud
