Summary
This release improves on the earlier release candidate 1.0.0-rc1 by adding option to copy comments (JCPP-10 suggested by Mark Ikemoto), adding more customization enablers, and a few important fixes. Another release is planned to respond to other suggestions that missed 1.0.0 - thanks to all who provided input.

Highlights of Clone Plus for JIRA 1.0.0
Change project or issue type
Option to change the project or issue type on clone. When changing the target project, components and versions are mapped by name to the new project. Project specific custom fields are handled appropriately.

Many custom fields are not appropriate to be cloned. Customization option to include or exclude specific custom fields.

i18n support - enable translation

Translation help requested
If anyone can contribute new or improved translations, they can be incorporated into the deliverable. Only a few phrases are required for a minimal translation. For examples, unzip the jar and look in the i18n directory.
