Planned transition to a paid model
After careful consideration and evaluation, we decided to transition Page Approval for Confluence Cloud from a free to a premium paid model.
This transition is planned for the first half of October 2024.
Why are we moving to a paid model?
Launched for Confluence Cloud in 2021, Page Approval for Confluence Cloud is a free app.
This planned transition enables us to continue providing you with high-quality service and innovative features while supporting the long-term sustainability and growth of the app.
By moving to a paid model, we can invest more resources into enhancing our Page Approval for Confluence Cloud app, expanding its capabilities, and delivering an even better user experience supporting the implementation of approval workflows within a content creation lifecycle.

Our transition to the premium paid model takes place in October 2024 and details will be updated in the app Atlassian Marketplace listing.
Features and Benefits
As part of the transition, we are planning new features and enhancements to Page Approval for Confluence Cloud that further improve its functionality and utility.

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Confluence Cloud apps are priced based on the number of Confluence users on your instance. For example, if you have Confluence Cloud (25 users), you pay the 25-user price for apps. Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
