Using the PDF Exporter for monday.com

Once you've /wiki/spaces/~7120203c8eea836c1748a591c0e3f897f706a6/pages/614236794 the app, follow these simple steps to start using it.

  1. Log in to your monday.com account and open the document you want to export in PDF format.

  2. Select any text within the document, and right-click on the selected text. Click the puzzle icon from the toolbar and choose the PDF Exporter for monday.com from the list.

    Alternatively, you can click Add in the top left corner of your document and select More options. Under the Explore tab, click Apps and select PDF Exporter for monday.com.

  3. Once the export is done, the PDF file automatically opens in a new tab. You can also download a copy of your document on your device if required.

  4. Our PDF exporter ensures that the font style, size, and title you've chosen in your monday document are preserved in the exported version. Configure these styles from the Style menu of your work doc. Your exported PDF will preserve the formatting you applied to your document.

  5. You can also export documents with list content, including bulleted lists, emojis, numbered lists, images, checklists, and more.

Pin the PDF Exporter app to access it quickly from the toolbar whenever required. Click More Options > Pin to menu.
