Contents We have added one more report to the Time in Status gadget: Report by date. Track the duration issues remain in each status over a defined period, to analyze and visualize changes over time on a timeline (read more). Report your SLAs based on any field or custom fields. For example, report on a field called “Customer” and show if you are meeting SLAs for each of your customers, or by “Request Type” to analyze where you provide a better service (read more). You don’t need to rack your brains with complex CQL queries, use the set of filters we provide to retrieve your Confluence data: Title, space, creator, type, updated date.
