Problem:
Before starting the deployment or after a file upload, the Configuration Manager suddenly displays the following error:
Solution:
For the “Request terminated “ issue, please increase the timeout for the 'Analyze' operation rest endpoint in the reverse proxy of your target Jira instance and try again. You may contact your system admin for this. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Knowledge-Nuggets-Reverse-proxy-timeouts/ba-p/743330.
If you still phase any issue further even after trying the above option, then please share the debug logs and HAR logs https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/generating-har-files-and-analyzing-web-requests-720420612.html with the recording of the network activity while performing the analyze phase. Please make sure to start the recording to be started a bit earlier before the step.
