This article explains how to use Run CLI for Jira's action in a workflow validator.

Instructions

  1. Log in as an Administrator in your Jira instance.
  2. Edit the workflow where Run CLI to be added as a validator.
  3. Select the transition on which the CLI validator should be added and then click validator.
  4. Click Add validator and select CLI action from the list of validation options.
