This article explains how to clone an issue that has linked issues using the custom Clone+ or Clone++ options from the original issue.
Instructions
- Navigate to Settings > Manage Apps > Select Clone Plus app and enable the custom clone options as shown in the below screenshot:
- Navigate to Settings > Manage Apps > BOB SWIFT CONFIGURATION > Clone Plus and make sure that Clone Plus Configuration properties file exists.
Go to the Jira issue, make sure it has linked issues before the cloning operation. Click More and click on Custom Clone++ option from the drop-down as shown below:
- Select Copy links option (as shown below) on the cloning screen and click Create.
- After the cloning operation is done, you can see that the linked issues are linked to the newly created issue.
