This article explains how to add line breaks in the description field of an issue using the ClonePlus for Jira app.
Instructions
- Log in to Jira as an Administrator.
- Click Cog menu
> Issues. - Click Clone Plus from the sidebar on the left and edit the Clone plus properties.
- While entering the text, use '\n' (newline character) wherever you need a line break. Here is an example:
- Click Save to apply the changes.
- Perform the Bobswift clone operation.
- The description looks below, due to the line break was used in the given example:
