Display SLA Panel in the Linked Issues

This page is for the Time to SLA server.

How to display the SLA Panel of Issue 1 in Linked Issue 2?

1. A custom field needs to be created to display the SLA Panel in the Linked Issue.

2. Before creating the custom field, configure the screen to have the custom field available.

3. Click on the Cog icon and select Issues.

4. Click on the Screens from the left bar.

5. Add Time To SLA in the Field Tab

6. Choose the SLA Fields from the Time to SLA menu to configure the custom field:

7. Click on the cog icon and choose Display Options:

8. It prompts with the Display Options to configure the settings.

9. Select the Time Format, Display SLAs of linked issues Blocks, Cloners, Duplicates, and Relates.

   • Inward Option: If you want the SLA Issue 1 to be displayed in the linked issue, Issue 2.

   • Outward Option: If you wish the SLA Issue 2 to be shown in Issue 1 (where issue 2 is linked).

10. Display SLA Names: Always

11. Check the checkbox of Show completed SLAs.

12. Click on Save after done with the settings.

13. Regenerate the SLA data to recalculate all the settings configured.

14. The SLA Panel-custom field of Issue 1 will be shown in Issue 2 (Inward Option).
