Issue Description
During the migration process to the cloud for the Excel for Confluence application, it has been observed that the migration progress may encounter a stall at 0%. It is noteworthy, however, that despite this apparent stagnation, all data is successfully migrated to the cloud.
Reason
The migration process may encounter a 0% progress stall for users who are new to our cloud Excel app. Specifically, during the S2C migration, the appProperties migration may fail, resulting in the migration status being erroneously set to "Progress." Consequently, the migration appears to be continuously in progress at 0%.
A viable workaround involves updating the migrationStatus to "Done," effectively resolving the issue and ensuring a seamless migration experience for affected users.
