The Phone Number ID is needed to indicate which phone number will send messages to WhatsApp from Jira.

Find Phone Number ID on Meta for Developers

  1. In your app, go to WhatsApp > Getting Started.

  2. Copy Phone Number ID under the test phone number.

Add Phone Number ID to Chat

  1. Open your project, and click Project Settings > Chat Settings > WhatsApp Integration.

  2. Copy the Phone Number ID into the required field.
