If you use Tempo Timesheets for logging time in Jira, please setup an integration between Tableau Connector Pro for Jira and Tempo Timesheets. Using this integration, Tempo Worklog Attributes, Account Information and Worklog information will be pulled directly from Tempo Timesheets.
To setup the integration between Tableau Connector Pro for Jira and Tempo Timesheets, go to Jira > Tableau Pro > Administration > Tempo Timesheets and follow the instructions on the screen.
