Adding Approvals to a page or blog post allows you to ensure that content is reviewed and signed off.

Adding and applying Comala Document Approval creates a distinction between draft and published content.

By default, everyone (the users with view access) can see the published version, but only authors and reviewers (users with edit and view permission) can see the draft versions.

If the approval is applied across a space (space mode), the space approval will take priority over approvals added to an individual page. Users will be unable to add or remove approvals individually added to a page whilst the space approval is enabled.

To apply the app across a space you need space admin privileges.
