BigPicture roles
There are two kinds of BigPicture roles.
App roles
Necessary for access to the BigPicture app.
Based on an app role, a user can:
access the app
access and manage app settings
Box roles
Necessary for access to boxes.
Based on box roles:
a user can access particular boxes
perform actions in boxes
access and manage box settings
Monday.com roles
Admins
Monday.com Admins always have full access to the BigPicture app.
Members
Monday.com Members can be granted access to BigPicture. BigPicture-specific roles can be assigned to those users.
App roles:
App Admin
App User
App Resource Admin
Box roles:
Box Admin
Box Editor
Box Viewer
Sub-box Creator
Viewers and Guests
Monday.com Viewers do NOT have access to the BigPicture app.
BigPicture app handles the Vievers as normal Resources and displays their information:
can be assigned to tasks
can be added to teams
can be assigned to a workload plan
can be assigned to a holiday plan
can be assigned to skills
viewer absences can be added to track non-working days
