Period filter

You can filter your OKRs by period by choosing one of the periods in the selector above the OKRs list. You will see all OKRs matching the chosen timeframe.

You can add a custom period if you work with a non-standard OKR timeframe, during the creation of a new OKR. It will appear on the period list in the filter after creating the OKR.

Column filters

On the OKR overview, there are 2 places where you can filter your OKRs by column parameters.

  1. Under each column name, you can find a field with a filter symbol. When you click it, you will see filter options available for a certain column. After the filter is applied, the chosen options will appear in the field below the column header.

  2. On the right panel of your OKR overview, there is a button named “Filters”. After clicking it, a side panel with all available filters for all columns will open.

Column filtering options

By default, we will show you the OKRs matching currently applied filters along with a higher level of hierarchy above.

For instance, if you will be looking for OKRs that have “Off track” status, and there is only one KR with such a status, we will show both the matching KR and its Objective.

In order to show only the filtering results or to show both higher- and lower level items of the filtering results, click the “Filtering options” tab. It will open a side panel with the options to show/hide lower level and higher-level items of the filtering results.
