Time to SLA allows you to mute email notifications set by the SLA notifier. Depending on your use case, you can mute notifications either by selecting issues or SLAs. You can also select both options.
To access the Mute SLA Notifications configurations, you have two options:
1. Time to SLA menu in the issue view
2. Your Jira Profile page, or the Time to SLA drop-down menu on the top menu. Both will take you to the same destination page, where you’ll be able to mute and unmute SLA notifications.
