This is the settings for Time to SLA in Self-Hosted environment

Purpose

  • To hide the SLA Panel from Jira, only show the custom field: Time to SLA.

Steps

  • Click on the SLA Panel from the Time to SLA menu to go to the settings.

  • You can select the Exclude SLA(s) from the SLA context option and specify the SLA you would like to exclude.

  • Click on the Save button.

  • Refresh the page.
