This article helps in understanding of how to pull the work log entries of users who worked on a ticket using the Power BI connector.
Instructions:
To check the work log entries for a ticket per user, please select the below fields in the power bi connector so it will show the details. Please find the below screenshots for reference
After selecting the fields as above it will load the data in the Power BI
You can view the details from the tempo as well by clicking on the total time entry on the ticket. Please check the screenshot below
If you are unable to see these details, please check your permissions in the tempo whether you have these below roles or not.
