This article helps to understand how to pull the work log entries of users who worked on a ticket using the Power BI Connector for Jira app.
Instructions:
To check the work log entries of a ticket per user, select the below fields in the Power BI Connector so it will show the details:
After selecting the above fields, the data is loaded in the Power BI:
The details from tempo can be viewed by clicking on the total time entry on the ticket:
Ensure you have the required Permission Roles in tempo to see the details:
