Welcome to Configuration Manager for Jira Cloud

Configuration Manager for Jira Cloud currently allows you to migrate Jira Server projects, issues, and users to Jira Cloud.

If you’ve decided to move to Jira Cloud and would like to migrate your teams’ projects and issues from Jira Server to the cloud, you need to pair Configuration Manager for Jira Cloud with our Cloud Migration Tool app for Jira Server.

First, you need to install the Cloud Migration Tool on your Jira Server instance and Configuration Manager for Jira Cloud on your Jira Cloud site.

This way, you can successfully create connections between your Jira Server instances and Jira Cloud sites and then migrate desired projects and their issues to the cloud. Follow the migration process as described in the Cloud Migration Tool’s documentation.

Learn more in the use case article.

Get started

Easily install Configuration Manager on the destination Jira Cloud site and the Cloud Migration Tool on your source Jira Server instances. Then, you can establish a connection between the server instances and the cloud and transfer projects and issues to the cloud over that connection.

After installing Configuration Manager for Jira Cloud, you can visit its Get Started page located under Apps->Configuration Manager.
