Before using the physical board scanner you need to configure it.
- Open the Agile Cards menu on your JIRA Agile Board and select Configure physical board.
- Define the physical board layout by dragging statuses between Available Statuses and Physical Board Layout. Once you're done click the Print Splitters button.
Note: When you enter this screen for the first time the physical board configuration will be created automatically based on the JIRA Agile board settings. - Put printed splitters, column names and QR code on your physical board like on the image below.
Now you can now update JIRA with photo of your board following instructions on this page.
