New features
Cloud Migration Tool is now able to migrate Jira Service Management projects from Jira Server/Data Center to Jira Cloud with some exceptions in the configuration.
Migration of Jira Service Management projects
We're thrilled to share that starting with this release, the Cloud Migration Tool can migrate Jira Service Management projects, including request types and organizations. We're actively working on adding support for migrating the rest of the Service Management configuration elements. Stay tuned, as complete service configuration migration support will be coming soon.

Enhancements
We’ve made improvements to how you can manage your failed migrations.
Reviewing failed migrations
With this release, failed migrations now have a View button on theManage Migrations page. You can click it to review such migrations and identify the cause of the error. This also allows you to return to failed migration at a later stage to enable sharing the migration data with Appfire’s support team.
Before, you could only download a support zip file for failed migrations from the list of all your migrations.

Bug fixes
The following bugs are fixed in this release:
The button allowing you to share migration data with Appfire’s support team was not visible in all cases when a migration failed.
When a migration failed, the cause of the failure was not reported in some cases.
