This article explains how to get debug logs for the following Appfire apps in Jira.
- Delegated Project Creator for Jira
- Announcer for Jira
- Delegated Project Admin Pro for Jira
- Delegated Group Management in Jira
Instructions
- Log into your Jira instance as Jira administrator and navigate to
(Cog Wheel) > System > Logging and Profiling page.
- In the Default Loggers section, click the Configure link:
- Add Package name as com.wittified, select Logging Level as DEBUG and click Add to apply the changes.
The added package can be seen under the Package name:
- Perform the action that is causing the issue again.
- Generate a support zip file and share/save it as required.
Generating a support zip file
- Log into a Jira instance as administrator and navigate to
- Select Create support zip and click Create zip.
- Once the support zip is generated, click Download zip:
