Steps
The following steps demonstrate how to configure Create on Transition for Jira to create an issue in a development project when a customer support request requires development work:

Create a support request and transition the support request to trigger your post function. Validate that the new issue was created in the proper Jira development project and that it contains a link back to the originating Issue.
