Environment Jira Server Jira Cloud Diagnostics Steps Diagnose this problem by going in the Salesforce section on Jira > Connections > Configure > Click on the "Fields" of the object you are working with. Or also directly on the mappings. Then check and see if one or more fields are highlighted in red. Cause Some Salesforce fields may have been modified or removed. Workaround Not applicable. Resolution You need to correct the fields by removing and adding those that were modified and/or remove the ones that are no longer available.
