After you enter BigPicture for the first time, the welcome screen opens.
Click Next.
Answer a few questions.
Set a correct field mapping.
Adjust proper security settings to give other users access.
You can either give access to other users. to every Jira user or limit it to specific groups and individual users. Having access means that a user can administer BigPicture app and every box in it.
