Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards is an extension of of the Rich Filters for Jira for Jira Dashboards app. This extension adds functionality specific to Jira Service Management on top of to the existing rich filters. Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards provides new options for the Rich Filter Time Series Chart gadget, which allow you to display time series based on SLA fields:
see how the number of issues with SLA Completed, Met, or Breached has evolved over time
see how the SLA %Met or %Breached ratios have evolved over time
see how the SLA Average durations have evolved over time
...
To configure these new features, the gadget provides new setting options:
