This article explains how to do advance provides step by step instructions to perform advanced calculations in Excel macro using the GoEdit app.

Using GoEdit you By using the GoEdit app, you can open and edit the spreadsheets that are attached spreadsheets to confluence pages "in place" that way you do not have to download the file and change it then re-attach it. It will help the confluence page. GoEdit enables you to edit spreadsheets on the fly. You can skip these steps: Download  → Edit → Re-attach. Also, it helps to edit the data in the attachment without impacting your Excel formula.

Instructions

Follow the below instructions:

1. Login as Confluence Admin.
2. Click Log into your Confluence instance as an administrator.
3. Navigate to Image Modified > Manage apps > Find new apps to find and install the GoEdit app.

4. Go to the intended space and create a page with attachmentsattachment(s).
5. Click on the page edit link to edit the page.
6. Add the macro Excel for Confluence and mention , mention the Name of attachment then and click Save.

7.  You can find an option: Edit directly option will show directly above to the attachment details as shown in the below screenshot.:

8. Click on

   Click Edit directly to edit the data.

   If you are using this option for the first time using GoEdit,

   it will ask

   you are prompted to install it on your computer.

9. This will open the The excel sheet opens, here where you can make the required changes and save the excel.
