Add hashtag filters in Jira

  1. Go to Settings > Apps, and then in the sidebar, under CONNECTOR FOR SALESFORCE, click Connections.

  2. Choose the connection you wish to configure and click Configure.

Filtered comments appear in a Jira Issue based on the Comment Privacy settings and the hashtags configured by the administrator (see above).
