  1. In a Jira issue, look under the Salesforce CONNECTOR FOR SALESFORCE section on the right side of the screen.
    If you have the new Jira issue view enabled, click Associate or create a record
    If not, skip to Step 2.

  2. Choose the Association you want to configure and click Configure.

    The Configure Association window opens.

  1. Open a Salesforce Object that has already been associated with a Jira Issue.

  2. In the Salesforce Object, in the Jira Issues panel, click on the drop-down menu for the Association you want to configure and choose Configure.

    In the Salesforce Object, in the Issues panel, click on Configure for the Association you want to configure.

  3. The Configure Association window pops upopens.

  4. Set the desired options for the chosen Association and complete the change by clicking Save.

  2. In the Salesforce Object, in the Jira Issues panel tiles/table view, click on the drop-down menu for the Association you would like want to configure and choose select Configure.

  4. Set the desired options for the chosen Association and complete the change by clicking the Save button.
