Calculates how many times the issue has been resolved so far. |
The Resolved Counter Custom Field calculates the total number of resolutions times an issue has been resolved so far based on the resolution field. The issue's resolution field should be changed from EMPTY to a value in order to be counted as a resolution.
This custom field allows teams to keep track of the number of times an issue has reached a resolved state, providing insights into the frequency of issue resolutions. It can be useful for measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's issue resolution process.
To create a Resolved Counter Custom

Field, follow these steps:
Navigate to Apps > Enhancer Plugin

for Jira > Custom Field Configuration.
Click

the Add New JEP Custom Field button.
Click

the Counter

tab on the left-hand side of the dialogue.
Select Resolved Counter, then

click Add custom field.

Fill in the dialog box:

Create a name for the custom field.
Click

This custom field can be used to sort or search in issue navigator.

the Save custom field button to create the custom field. The custom field will now appear in the issue view:
Once created, the Resolved Counter Custom Field can be used for sorting and searching in the issue navigator, allowing you to filter and find issues based on how many times it’s been resolved.
