Setting a Subscription
Go to My Area → My Reports to land on the ‘My Saved Reports’ tab
In the Subscription column, click on ‘Email this report’ to open up the dialog box shown below
Configure the application link for report subscriptions
When you navigate to My Saved Reports > Email this report, If the application link has not been configured, you will see the Application link needed dialog box with instructions for setting it up. For more information, refer to setting up Configure the Application link (Jira hosted only).
After setting up the link, the report subscription form is displayed.

Please note to avoid the possibility of spamming, the tool only allows Jira users to receive the report. The option of publishing can be used for non-Jira users. Please click here for details
The subscription reports have a limit of fetching a maximum number of 100,000 issues only.
The subscription run status shows a failed message if the report tries to pull more than 100,000 issues. If you want to fetch more than 100,000 issues, then it is recommended to break the report into smaller reports using JQL.
Editing and Deleting a Subscription
Once a subscription is setup, the link ‘Email this Report’ changes to the next run time as shown below. Clicking on the next run time link, opens up the edit window which is similar to the setup window described above

In addition to editing the subscription, the edit window also provides a button to delete the subscription if it isn’t required anymore (screenshot below highlights the Delete button)
