The search results can be used with the connector's create issue and associate issue features.
Click on Salesforce → From your Jira instance, click Apps > Connector for Salesforce. When the Connector for Salesforce menu opens on the left side of the page, click Search Salesforce.
The Search Salesforce window appears. In this example search, the Salesforce Object is "Case", while the Fields to Search are " is Name fields"Fields, and the Search Query is "sync".
Click Search to continue. If the search is successful, A successful search displays the results will be shown lower down on the page.
You can then click onClick Create issue or Associate issue for the result under the Operations column on the right. For more details about these features, refer to the related pages below.
