This feature allows you to update multiple attributes and system fields on multiple assets at the same time. Following transactions simultaneously, saving you time and effort.

Available operations
To access bulk operations, navigate to Asset Navigator > Bulk operations menu. The following operations can be performed from bulk operations thismenu.:
Update assets: Modify multiple attributes and system fields for selected assets.
Assign to me: This operation makes the following changes to assets:
Changes asset status to IN USE.
Assigns the asset to the currently logged-in user.
Assign to user: Assigns the selected assets to a specific user you choose.
Check-in assets: This operation makes the following changes to assets:
Changes asset's Status to IN STOCK andSubstatusto AVAILABLE.
Changes asset's Assignee to empty.
Delete assets: Permanently remove selected assets. Please use with caution!
Print QR
Monitoring bulk operation status: Generate QR codes for all selected assets (useful for labeling and tracking).
These operations can also can be performed for an asset from the asset view.

1. Selecting assets
There is are two way ways to decide choose which assets will be included for operations
- Filtering
- Marking checkboxes

Filtering: Apply filters to narrow down the list of assets and select only the relevant ones.
Marking Checkboxes: Individually select assets using the checkboxes next to each asset name.

2. Update operation details
It is possible to update multiple system fields and multiple attributes at the same time.

3. Monitor progress
When the update process started starts, you can follow the status by the Bulk operations status pop-up.

Assign to me operation makes following changes on assets
- Changing asset's status as IN USE
- Changing asset's assignee as current logged in user.

We are also providing flexibility of assigning assets to specific user with Assign to user operation.
Check-in assets
Check-in assets operation makes following changes on assets
- Changing asset's status as IN STOCK and sub status as AVAILABLE
- Changing asset's assignee as empty.
