This article explains how to add line breaks in the description field any multi-line text field of an issue using the ClonePlus for Jira app.

Instructions

1. Log in to Jira as an Administrator.
2. Click Cog menu  > Issues.
3. Click Clone Plus from  from the sidebar on the left and edit click Edit in the Clone plus properties tab.

4. Enter some text in a multi-line text field as required. Use the '\n' (newline character) wherever you need a line break. Here is an example:

5. Click Save to apply the changes .Perform and perform the Bobswift clone Clone operation.
