You can automatically add anchor links to all the headings in the document while configuring your numbered headings macroNumbered Headings. This allows seamless cross-reference of your content across different sections and pages. While configuring your Numbered Headings, enable the checkbox to include anchors in all the headings in the document. See the Numbered Headings macro configuration settings for more information.

The Numbered Headings Reference Macro displays links to an anchor macro with automatic numbering, which is added when using page numbering. Each anchor name generated is unique, enhancing the precision of referencing. You also have the flexibility to customize the link text associated with these anchors.

Parameters

Anchor name

Enter an anchor name matching the specified anchor name in the Anchor macro.

Confluence page

Select the confluence page that contains the anchor. You can leave this field blank to refer to the current page.

Override link text

Enter an override link text for unique referencing. If left blank, the name from the anchor is used.
